The styling of its front end has had a facelift to make it more elevated, reinforcing its character. It introduces a new design language in which curves give way to more structured lines.

Both fine and chiselled, the "V" LED light signatures has been given a 3D effect through a "piano key" design. Three daytime running lights give the car a deep and hi-tech look.

Consistent with the front of the vehicle, New Citroën C5 Aircross Sport has a new three-dimensional LED light signature at the rear. The light unit is fitted with structured tinted glass echoing the shape of the three LED modules.

As on the front end, the subtle piano key design reinforces the deep 3D effect of the light signature.

New Citroën C5 Aircross Sport is available in six colours: Polar White, Pearl White, Steel Grey, Platinum Grey, Nera Black and the brand new colour – Eclipse Blue. A deep and elegant paint, that changes from dark blue to black depending on the outside light.

New glossy Black colour pack comes standard. The black colour highlights on the fog light surrounds and the leading airbump, allows C5 Aircross to assert its SUV character and its elegance.

The high and wide centre console has been modernised with black leather-effect fabric trim edged in chrome.

The automatic gearbox includes the e-Toggle gear selector with chrome finish, and the driving mode selector, the Grip Control function. It also includes the connectivity pod, consisting of two USB ports and the wireless compatible smartphone charging pad.

New Citroën C5 Aircross Sport is equipped with the new generation of Advanced Comfort seats. They offer the best visual, seating, and driving comfort, using a type of foam designed not to sag over time. The seats' specific construction features high-density foam in the core of the seat and an extra 15 mm layer of foam.

To further improve the comfort of the driver and front passenger, the front seats can be heated and, in the case of the driver's seat, specified with a massage function.

New Citroën C5 Aircross Sport offers three sliding, reclining and retractable rear seats. Not only do the seats offer superb comfort with their full width, but they can aslo be reclined in five different positions.

To provide even more boot space all three seats can be slid forward by 150 mm and for maximum load space they can be folded flat. Both outer seats feature an ISOFIX point for fitting child seats securely.

New Citroën C5 Aircross Sport has a record boot volume for the segment , extending from 580 litres with the seats in place, to 720 litres with the rear seats pushed forward and a cavernous 1,630 litres with the rear seats folded down..

It has an adjustable boot floor which can be rasied for easier loading.

As well as improving safety, this also enhances comfort thanks to its increased acoustic and thermal insulation.

This system lets you lock/unlock and start your car without taking the keys out. The car recognises its driver as soon as they approach.

The emergency braking system limits the risk of collision. It operates from 5 km/h with fixed or moving objects and with pedestrians. The driver is warned if a collision risk is detected. The system will automatically apply the brakes without relying on the driver’s reaction.

This system controls the activation of main and dipped beam headlights, depending on the traffic, when vehicles are detected approaching from the front or overtaking. It provides optimal light for night driving.

Working with the ESP, this function identifies trailer sway and acts on the vehicle braking system to ensure stability, on any vehicle fitted with a towbar.

This function is an active parking aid for parallel and bay parking. At the request of the driver, it automatically detects a space and then controls the steering to park the car in complete safety. The only thing left to do is reverse, accelerate and brake.

The system uses a camera and radar to detect the vehicle in front and maintains the safe distance set by the driver, using the brakes and accelerator until the vehicle is completely stationary. The system can also restart the car without any driver input.

The blind spot monitoring function is particularly useful on roads with more than one lane. An orange light in the angle of the wing mirror warns you of a vehicle in your blind spot.

This function facilitates manoeuvring by displaying a 360° view of the top of the car and its environment on the touchscreen. It offers three different views and selects the one most suited to the manoeuvre in progress. The desired view can also be chosen manually.
